Litigation Support
Orthopedic Litigation Support for Attorneys
Objective orthopedic evaluation and patient-centered care for attorney referrals
Every patient and injury is different. Our physicians focus on clear diagnosis, individualized treatment, recovery, and quality of life.
Litigation support at Metairie Orthopedics & Sports Medicine is led by Dr. R. Douglas Bostick III and Dr. Ryan C. Roubion, two board-certified orthopedic surgeons who provide objective orthopedic evaluations, record reviews, second opinions, and expert testimony. They take the time to understand the mechanism of injury, the patient’s condition, and how the injury affects function and quality of life. Their approach combines specialized orthopedic expertise with compassionate, individualized care for patients referred by plaintiff and defense attorneys in personal injury and workers’ compensation matters.
Our team communicates closely with attorneys, insurance carriers, and nurse case managers to help coordinate efficient patient care.
